Ms. Pim establish Morgan Family Student Home Care with her Husband, Pim is a qualified accountant but found she was more suited to teaching so she completed her teaching degree and have worked at International schools in Bangkok Thailand for more than 10 years, before moving to Australia where she completed her Certificate Four in Child Care. In 2010 she moved to Singapore with her family where she worked in a Child-Care, before moving back to Thailand.
Pim has overall responsibility for the welfare of each boarding student. She works to ensure that each student is happy and enjoys living within the boarding community. Pim correspondence with parents, boarding staff and academic staff at Unity International School, ACIS international school and ABS bilingual school, regards to matters relating to individual students. She is available to discuss any questions and/or concerns that parents, staff and pupils may have in regards to the Morgan Family boarding community.
A Day in the Life at Morgan Family Student Home Care
At the Morgan Family Student Home Care, we aim to provide a safe, happy, comfortable home away from home.
Working with Children, Morgan Family Student Home Care host, Passawan Morgan, has 20 years’ experience both in Australia & Thailand, working with and caring for children of all ages. She has two young girls of her own who study at Unity Concord International School.
We have comfortable rooms located within 2 minutes walking distance to the school campus.
Morgan Family students enjoy the convenience of living on campus in an environment that supports a healthy spectrum of opportunities and support. Home Stay life makes it easy to connect with teachers and friends or explore and pursue a wide variety of interests and activities. With the caring and guided support of the Home Stay staff, students learn to develop a healthy balance of living and learning.
Students are awakened in the mornings with plenty time to prepare for their school day. All students are expected to leave their rooms tidy every day before going to school
A full nutritious breakfast menu is served each weekday morning in the home stay dining room before school starts. Students enjoy meeting their friends at breakfast before heading to school.
The after-school hours are filled with many opportunities for students to join sports teams, use the school sports facilities, attend clubs or they can spend some time socializing with their friends. The school facilities remain open to students while academic assistance programs are available to help support their academic success.
Home Care students enjoy hot dinners each evening at the Home Stay dining room
A two-hour study time is supervised each evening where students can focus on their academics and work in a quiet atmosphere. Subject-specific academic support is offered weekly by certified Teacher Resident Assistants during this time.

A short time is taken each evening to meet as a “Home care family” and recap the day together and keep informed of upcoming events.
Home Stay Snacks and “Family Time”
Snacks are available every weekday evening. Student Home Care also enjoy family time which gives an opportunity for students to enjoy the safety of being with their own dorm family and enjoy the closeness and comforts that those relationships bring.
Birthdays are always a special time for students as each home stay celebrates in their own special ways. Students feel special with items like birthday cakes or special treats.
Open Sports Nights
Morgan Family students have access to school facilities as basketball, soccer, and playground for the young family members.
